Salsichas empanadas

Salsichas empanadasIngredientes:

3/4 de xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo
Sal a gosto
1/2 xícara (chá) de cerveja
2 colheres (sopa) de óleo
1 clara em neve
24 salsichas para coquetel
Óleo para fritar

Modo de preparo:

1.Numa tigela pequena, misture a farinha de trigo com o sal, adicionando a cerveja e o óleo, mexendo até obter uma mistura lisa
2.Deixe descansar por 1 hora na geladeira
3.Adicione as claras em neve mexendo delicadamente
4.Espete um palito na ponta de cada salsicha, mergulhe na massa e frite no óleo quente, virando-as até ficarem douradas
